I love to watch my four children dancing: Laughter. Spontaneity. Uninhibited Energy. They capture the pure joy of expression and life. In a moment they take potential and make it a reality. They celebrate!

I grew up in the South of France where eating a meal was an act of celebration and family. We had our own olive vineyard and vegetable garden, along with some chickens. At night we settled in for dinner. Ahh – dinner….
