When we send out a fresh product, we give a date called "Best before if fresh." This date is a reminder to our stores and customers to go ahead and freeze or cook this fresh item on or before this date. The "Best before if frozen" date is for product that has been frozen, and it is suggested to cook and enjoy this product before this date.
